| well...actaully different states have different laws for public nudity. i think. i'm not sure. all i know is people walk around in the plaza where i like to hang out topless all the time and the cops don't do jack. but also..he may have opened the door but it doesn't mean he got out of the car...thus still in his car. and..uh. it's still ridiculously absurd. __________________ If looks could really kill, then my profession would be staring / know we do this cause we care and not for the thrill .... | It's funny for me to read this because a few days ago my friend and I were talking about how it was a wonder that more people didn't do things naked, like walk in the yard or drive around in their cars. (Not that they should, mind you.) My friend said it was illegal to drive around naked, or be naked in public, but I'd never heard that. Never seen anyone do it either. | |||

The police need to pay more attention to something more important. | Well, it certainly got a laugh out of me. Yes, I believe the law on this matter differs from state to state, or perhaps the reaction level is different depending on where you are. If you argue that a car is personal property and thus it is not illegal, you could validate that by saying it's just like walking around one's house naked. People do that all the time, and those who happen to be strolling down the street and get a glimpse are either fortunate or unfortunate  . That nudity wouldn't be against the law, though they are different situations. Similar, though. I don't believe I've seen a drive-through that clearly stated something along the lines of "No clothes, no service. " __________________ Bogus in bogus, so to speak. -Trish | |||
