| Charlie Kaufman is brilliant, although ESOTSM is my least favorite of his films. __________________ When people get the opportunity to talk about the real issues, it becomes clear how vacuous the present agenda is. | I do find it weird that a lot of these movies haven't even come out yet. I can't say who I want to win in that category. However, I'm dying to see 'The Aviator', 'Closer', and 'Hotel Rwanda'. I honestly have to wait and see some of these movies before I be all "ooh, I want this person to win!" because I don't want to sound silly. Who I'm pulling for tv: Lost Christine Lahti Denis Leary Desparate Housewives Felicity Huffman Zach Braff Julianne Margulies Drea DeMatteo William H. Macy and last, but certainly not least... Jeremy Piven. ![]() So much love in the TV category. __________________ I know I can't expect the world to move underneath me, but for god's sake, could you try? lex/lana("I did it for you") felicity/noel("you're my first boyfriend") trey/alex(mixing business with pleasure) seth/chloe(every superhero needs a lois lane) | |||

| Is Desparate Housewives going to be Sopranos Mark 2 with their 'hogging' of certain categories? Interesting to see that a larger than usual number of movies either haven't been released yet or really didn't creatre a huge publicity storm or box office following. No Passion or Mel... Huge surprise for me anyway - Amber Tamblyn wasn't nominated. __________________ "Due to budget cutbacks, the light at the end of the tunnel has temporarily been shut down. | "A Very Long Engagement (France)" Should be nomincated for best overall picture also. Audrey should've gotten a Best Actress nod too. Definetly a movie worth seeing if you can find it where you live (it's only in a few cities right now). | |||

ESOTSM was good, but really hard to follow and unfocused at times. It could've used some editing in my opinion. I liked Adaptation better. __________________ When people get the opportunity to talk about the real issues, it becomes clear how vacuous the present agenda is.
