Is Dick Cheney M.I.A.?
I'm just wondering....where is he? I haven't heard a thing from him or seen him in ages. Anyone know where he is? I heard a rumor somewhere that he is very sick with heart trouble, yet you'd think they'd tell us is something were amiss...It just seems strange and even after Hurricane Katrina...he's nowhere to be found. I'm not going to criticize him, beacuse who knows, maybe he is really sick, but it's just strange...

From what I read yesterday he's on vacation in Wyoming.

From what I've heard/read he was on vacation in Wyoming. He participated in that vioeo conference meeting yesterday from there.

Now whether he's enroute back to DC I have no idea.

this whole ****ing administration needs to be impeached. they're ****ing incredible. Condi and Dick are on vacation and yuckin it up while there is a national Emergency going on.

At least Bush cut short his vacation

Actually, he did go down South to tour the damage. For like a day I think. And from what I have read, he wasn't well recieved.

It's just being reported that he has an aneurysm behind his right knee that will be operated on.

However during Katrina he was on vacaction. I found this article via talkingpointsmemo.com -

That's just an excerpt from the article. The Colonial pipeline sends oil to the Northeast from the Gulf Area. I guess someone at the WH was concerned about the effects of Katrina. Not sure why this story hasn't gained more attention either.
