| I keep thinking of Munchausen by proxy, where parents intentionally make their children sick or injured because they crave the attention it brings to them (as caregivers). Maybe this is, like, a weird version of that. Maybe the mother and sister wanted something from him and, when they didn't get it, they decided to take whatever they could get their hands on, i.e. the fame.
Or maybe they're trying to shame him into doing what they want by bringing it all out in the public eye. __________________  Sunny
