Every woman should have the right to choose, but how can you murder babies? Stem cell research is a great opportunity for curing diseases, but those stem cells are human beings! Marriage is something between a man and a woman, but if you were homosexual wouldn't you want to be able to marry as well?

Come join this thread, and tell us what YOU think. Maybe you can convince others that your way is the best. Or maybe you come here because you want to be convinced, or are just interested in debates.

I thought of that, but then I'd have to make one thread for Iraq, one for terrorism, one for stem cells, one for abortion, and in every thread there'd be hardy any "action". So I thought in one generic thread everybody could participate in. If many people participate in this thread and one topic "wins", then we can always create more threads.

I think it should be narrowed down - or it'll get too confusing to follow.

We recently had one on gun control and we currently have one on same sex marriage.

I'm open to all kinds of discussion.

How about, "The Aftermath of the Election" - What has happened since the election and how do we feel about it?

Personally, there have been a lot of things happen that I didn't expect that I wouldn't mind discussing. Any other ideas?

Aftermath of election is good idea. Heard even though it wont count, they're doing recounts in Ohio, and theyre trying to count out democratic counties votes. If we make the topic into that, then i'll try and find an article somewhere.

yea, seems majority of discussion is on same sex marriage and subjects of the sort - Not that i dont love those topics real fun read, but need more major topics
