| 4-Year-Old Boy's Neck Chained & 6-Year-Old Boy Held At Knife Point http://abclocal.go.com/ktrk/news/sta...oychained.html Man Accused Of Chaining Boy Around Neck By The Associated Press (02/22/05 - Midland, TX) — A Midland man faces child endangerment charges amid allegations that he chained one boy and held a knife to the neck of another. Thirty-one-year-old Thomas Mitchell Lynskey is accused of harming his girlfriend's two sons in November. Midland County sheriff's investigator Rick Rowland says a bicycle chain was placed around the four-year-old boy's neck. The chain was attached to something in the garage of the house Lynskey shared with his girlfriend and the boy was restrained for about ten minutes. Rowland says the six-year-old boy had the knife held to his throat in a separate incident. Lynskey surrendered Wednesday. He's free on ten-thousand dollars bond.
