yeah looks like they're giving him VA as he's up nearly 9% now. NM & CO could be next as they're currently at 7% & 6% respectively in favor of Obama.

That thought makes me ill..... The very thought that Palin could be VP and then Pres. if anything happened to mcCain is just tooooo painful to even consider...

The ONLY thing that stands between Barack Obama and the White House now is... Race. Most notably, the Bradley Effect -- Where White voters will claim they will vote for a candidate of another race when asked to not appear racist, but then do the exact opposite when they get into the voting booth.

If Barack Obama looses because of race... Then we, as a country, DESERVE John McCain, Palin, The Greate Depression of the 21st Century and the Invasion of Iran (and the subsequent draft that will precede it). These might sound like exaggerated, melodramatic scare tactics, but the possibility of a McCain/Palin administration is FRIGHTENING beyond comprehension. More Evangelical persecution, more wars we can't fight, but will be forced upon what is left of our military, a draft to fill those empty boots... It's truly frightening. On a positive note...

You have to have faith. And I don't mean, the religious kind. Faith in its purest form. Faith OTHER people can and will rise above their own prejudices and fears and do what they know is right... Not just for themselves and their children, but for everybody across this great nation... And the world. If we have an economic collapse, we will take the rest of the world with us. I can't speak for anybody else, but I don't know how I could look at myself knowing I helped cause the downfall of not just America, but the world as a global (economic) community by voting for John McCain.
