We know where in Chicago Obama will make what could be his victory speech on November 4: Grant Park, where events there over the decades have drawn up to 250,000 people. For election night, expect maybe 100,000.

Meanwhile, McCain will be in Phoenix for (possibly) his concession speech at the Biltmore Hotel. And I'm thinking Sarah Palin will be back here in Alaska and she could make her remarks at either the Egan Center in Anchorage or the State Capitol in Juneau.

Well, it's a bit early but yes I have a feeling Obama will win.

I can't believe the election is less than two weeks away. I'm so ready for it to be here.

^ Same here!

The McCain campaign must've forgot that I'm a Democrt and sent me some of their junk this morning. I kindly hit the "Unsubscribe" button and shared with them a few comments of my own.

We were discussing a possible Palin reappearence in 2012, but I think there is one "ace in the hole" the Obama/Biden administration might have that no other administration has and that is if while under Obama's command our military finally...

Kill or captures Osama Bin Laden.

In my opinion, if a Obama/Biden administration accomplishes this they are all but ensured another term regardless of whatever progress they may, or may not be making on other projects like energy independence, environmental reconstruction, etc. This would also be poetic justice because of the reputation Democrats have for being "soft" during times of war and other conflicts.

^^^ I agree. I use to think the Saddam capture was a setup. We went into Iraq they had nothing to do with 9/11 then it goes bad but then the Bush people go "hey look we got Saddam" it just never smelt right.

bin Laden is the one who needs to be killed

I have a strange feel McCain will do something drastic in the next few days I don't know what but I feel it. But something IS about to hit the fan before election day.

Maybe an all out war between McCain and Palin perhaps Palin going "rogue" proves how power hungry she really is

The whole "rogue" and "diva" comments are calculated moves coming from the McCain camp. Palin is a drag on them overall and McCain needs to think about his legacy. Of course fingers need to be pointed and blame assigned if they do lose on November 4th.

I can't say it's not entertaining to watch but at the same time I just want this election to be over and done with.

That is why I am confused. Why is McCain doing his speech(victory or concession) in an hotel. (I have been to the Biltmore before and it is VERY nice)

I bet McCain is sorry that he picked Palin as his running mate now... Of course, he would never admit it...

It just keeps getting worse for the McCain campaign...

Ancohrage Daily News Endorses Obama

No offense, Palin and McCain supporters, but when your candidate can't even get an endorsement from their own home state, something is wrong...

Whoa, I wasn't expecting that. But with McCain and Palin's erratic actions lately, maybe the people have had enough.

And isn't Obama only behind 4 points in John McCain's state of Arizona?

And the blows just keep on coming

But there are enough fanatics in this country who are blinded by Palin "she's just like us...she's just like my mom, she's just like me" Not like me, I don't have $150,000 worth a clothes, my mom puts me before power, my mom didn't have a daughter knocked up at 17

All these blows are hitting the McPalin camp but WHAT would really crush them in the face hard? Colin Powell should have done that but he didn't
