12 teens sexually assault 17 year old girl

Quote:
A police spokesman today confirmed the teenage girl had attended Werribee police station, where she gave a provided a statement on the alleged assault to officers.

The graphic film, parts of which were aired last night on Channel Seven's Today Tonight, reportedly shows the semi-naked girl — who has a mild developmental delay — performing sexual acts on a gang of up to 12 youths who then set her hair on fire and urinate on her.

The DVDs, which have been sold in secondary schools in Melbourne's west for $5, also show the boys making chlorine bombs, dropping flares on a homeless man and throwing eggs at taxi drivers.

At the beginning of the DVD there's a disclaimer saying the girl was willing to do this. Which basically means they're trying to say she agreed to let them throw a cup of urine on her, urinate directly on her, sexually assault her and use an aerosol can to spray fire onto her head. There's also been a statement by the Law Council saying that he hopes that the boys names aren't released publically so they aren't shamed and so their lives aren't ruined. Give me a break. Anyone that participated in this or cheered as this was happening to this girl shouldn't receive any kind of special treatment. Who cares if they're shamed, that's the least that should happen to them.

This is completely horrific. Now let's say for the sake of argument that this girl actually did 'agree' to this. Anyone in their right mind would NOT agree to have her hair started on fire unless she had severe mental problems. Even most people that follow alternative lifestyles do not do anything that is not safe, sane, or consensual. Lighting someone's hair one fire regardless is she wanted them to do it or not is not safe or sane. I personally think they are lying to try to get out of this.

I am disgusted that the law council wants to protect these boys from shame and have their lives ruined. If anyone ruined their lives it was themselves not the people that will shun them for the immoral act they committed against that girl.

I think its pretty obvious they are. There's a video a new channel ran where you can see they have her surrounded so she can't get away.

Some people on YouTube and other sites have done some investigating and have dug up some of the MySpace's for these guys. Alot of people (including girls) are basically fully supporting these guys and even saying they want to harm this girl because she's causing so much trouble the guys and now they're all being treated like big criminals. Why in the world you'd want to be friends with someone that'd do this to someone else is beyond me. I can understand loyalty, but there's a certain point when that should no longer exist. And this is one of those times.

Obviously, I don't know the girl, you don't know the girl, and most likely no one in this forum knows this girl. So we can't really say what kind of trouble did this girl cause to raise the ire of these guys. But jeez, there are other ways to deal with it besides gang raping the victim and setting her hair ablaze.

It's no doubt that maybe the "disclaimer" was fake unless if the girl testifies that it's real. I mean, dousing urine on her and then setting her hair ablaze on fire...unless if you are one of those people who have a certain fetish for this sort of thing, it's unlikely that the victim actually consented.

Just tossing my two cents in.

How can a human being do something like that? But I don't worry - karma is a bitch.

From the news clip I saw of it, the girl and one of the guys had been talking on the internet and decided to meet one another. So she hadn't really done anything to her. He and the others just decided to set her up and do this to her.

A boy told the girl to go shopping with them (the boys) on the net, which wasn't true.

DVD gang 'made break-in rampage sequel'

Article from: Herald-Sun

A SEQUEL to the Werribee sex crimes DVD is believed to show the thugs involved in a break-and-enter spree.

Teenagers who claim to have seen footage say the mob rampages through homes, urinating in kettles and trashing private property.

They claim several boys filmed feature in the original DVD, which shocked the nation with its portrayal of a pack of delinquents sexually abusing a mentally impaired girl.

Students in Werribee know the gang as the "CTM Boys" and say they have promoted the sequel CTM2 online.

A boy who gave his name as Ronnie said the film shows some members of the group forcing their way into homes.

"They were breaking into people's houses and going through **** and just trashing the places," he said.

"It was disgusting,

He said the youths urinated and defecated around the homes and in kettles and cups.

Police launched a major police investigation this week after the first DVD, which showed the mob degrading the 17-year-old girl, was revealed.

Members of the group burned the girl's hair with cigarette lighters, urinated on her and had her perform sex acts on them.

Sexual Crimes Squad acting Detective Inspector Simon Clemence said police had not seen the second DVD, but were aware of claims it existed.

Meanwhile, on his personal website, a person claiming to be the film's producer declares: "You probably know me best by my [ word taken out ] up, illegal movie, which I find funny and do not regret at all."

The page provides pictures of other people depicted in the original DVD.

But not all of those allegely involved find it so amusing, with some of the culprits appealing for counselling via an approach by a family friend to youth counselling service Open Family.

Police said they had identified the two main suspects in the sexual assault shown on the original film, entitled [ word taken out ] The Movie.
