I always thought Tony was a lot more interesting when he was in the grey area and not just a "good" or "bad" guy and with this storyline, the writers are painting into one of those corners and I don't know I feel a bit let down. Olivia, everyone claimed would be Sherry Palmer like, and she is not even close to being as interesting as Sherry.

That sounds like a good plan

My day was alright. Hope you had a good one too

I'm just trying to remember, this is 24, so I'm thinking there could be a few surprises left before the season ends...still really enjoying this season, overall.

Work took up more of my time than I had originally expected.

I'm looking forward to the weekend already!

Aww, Jersh, that's a big change in schedule, for sure. Hope you'll adjust to it soon.

Yeah, Lia, for the time being, I'm still hopeful about Tony.

I thought The Office was a fun one today.

All day I kept thinking it was Friday already.

Sziliva, the Office killed me last night. The Dance Off, disco ball, the Phyllis/Dwight scenes. I will be hopeful with you too on Tony. I need to be I might be missing PB again (since NHL playoff hockey is again) Ooh I hate when you think its the day it isn't .. because you hype yourself and then in for a major let down

It's Friday

I agree, The Office was awesome! I did plenty of laughing myself.
Oh, you know what? I missed PB, too! My parents were in town visiting with us, and I didn't think to pop a VCR tape in until it was too late.
I was able to watch Dollhouse, though. Sort of a confusing one for me since I missed the first quarter of the show.
BTW, I rented Gone Baby Gone - should be good.

Szilvia, I missed it PB because of three sporting events and well, two of them I should have missed I've only watched Dollhouse once and wasn't sure what to think of it.

Gone Baby Gone -- such an intense movie but sooo good. And it was shot where I am (well kinda of -- same state at least ); it is a real thought provoking movie. I watched it with my parents and brother and we had a bit of a discussion about the end (you'll understand once you see it).

Ooh if I don't post tomorrow, a very Happy Mother's Day to you! Hope your hubby and little one treat you like a queen

Are you following the NHL playoffs, perhaps?
I thought that Dollhouse got better as the season progressed.

I noticed that Gone Baby Gone is based on a book by the author of Mystic River which I very much enjoyed watching. Intense but oh so gripping.
I'll let you know once I finish watching this one.

Aww, thank you! I'm looking forward to our family going out for breakfast, and later, I'll head out to see the Wolverine movie.
Hopefully it'll be nice outside so I can do some more yardwork, too.

Yes, I am following the NHL playoffs, and NBA playoffs and baseball

Dennis Lehane did write both GBG and MR. He is such an amazing writer. So gripping, so intense and .. just wow.

Ooh the Jackman? Nice! Best Mother's Day present ever Have a good day!

Lia, are you rooting for just one team in each sport, or do you have multiple favourite teams?
Yep, I'm excited to go see the movie tonight.
In the meantime, I've got a bit more to do around the house. Easy stuff.

Thanks, Jersh! Good luck with getting fully adjusted to the new schedule.

Jersh, good luck on adjusting

Szilvia, yes I do root for one team (for the NHL/NBA playoffs). Baseball I am mostly a one team girl but I do like other teams .. unless they play mine and I want them to lose Hope you enjoyed GBG!

Sounds like you've got some cheerleading to keep you busy in the world of sports, with all your teams.

I've not watched GBG yet, however...
I'm leaving in about half an hour to watch Wolverine!
Also interested to see how Ryan Reynolds, Taylor Kitsch, and Dominic Monaghan do in the film.

Szilvia, I most certainly do. And it doesn't help that so many of the games are being played on the same nights My remote control has been getting a workout Ooh can't wait to hear what you think of Wolverine!
