I know. I haven't been able to find out if Tom was in the press room after the panel, from what I've seen pic/net wise, it appears he wasn't but who knows.

Still just the fact he went to CC in the first place is HUGE and amazing. We love you Tom

I agree, Tom appearing in front of all those fans to answer questions would be enough for me.

Craig has posted his interview with Cassidy and she had to say this about Tom as a director:

Whereas Tom leaves that up to each actor individually, but as an overall, he has a really great idea of everything that's going on, and he's so calm when he directs. My favorite thing that he does is at the end of each shot, he'll tell the actors to take a take just for them, and just go for it.

BP: His joining is really organic. He's helped shape his character from the very start, and the last couple of years he's gotten a lot more involved with directing. So there's not a huge shift; he's just getting the credit that he's actually earned in the last couple of years.

KS: He's a really great link between the writing staff, the producers, and the set, and he's been keeping an eye on things also, since he's had so much experience directing. He's really a valuable source, along with being the lead of the show.
