I guess the reason I love them is because Chloe loves him so much. I mean no matter how much he has hurt her over things she always by his side no matter what. The first season was just magic between them. They were best friends that were there for each other. Chloe was so in love with Clark and even though he thought Lana was the girl for him at that time Chloe still had me root for her. Yeah she hated when she didn't know his secret but it never bothered her as much as Lana. All she wanted from Clark was just to give her some attention at times. I think I like them better when she learned his secret. He didn't have to hide so much and he could tell her things and she stayed by him through it all becoming his confidant and voice of reason. Even though she still loves him she let him go "Because she hopes he flies back to her one day". I think the fever letter is proof that they should be together. They are always there for each other and not only that but they have great chemistry. | I hope so too especially if this is the last season. I would like something to happen. I've seen it building up for a while and it would a shame if it's never explored.
