Yes it's nice to get away and have a change of scenery, we aren't going away again until next July (back to Turkey) so it's going to seem a very long wait Holidays spoil me! Although I have next week off work, when you're at home you just seem to find jobs to do, but I couldn't go anywhere because the girls are at school, I really hate fixed holidays!

It is definitely nice to have a change of scenery. that is a long wait! yeah when you stay at home on your week off its not quite as relaxing as actually going on holiday. Fixed holidays are no fun.

Oh my god. I have completely forgotten how LOUD my mum snores. Either that or she has gotten louder somehow. Sharing a twin room at a hotel with her. Every time I start to drop off, her snoring gets louder and wakes me up. I have already had trouble sleeping the last two nights. she's quiet at the moment, but I guarantee she'll snort loudly by the time I try to drop off again. I'm gonna end up a zombie by the morning. Just as well we don't share a room often. Well, gonna go and try to get some shut eye!

I feel horrible saying this, but I did have to chuckle when I read this, it's really horrible lying next to a snorer you just want to put a peg one their nose...or kill them at least you're only there a short while

It is funny reading back on it I must say. It definitely isn't easy sleeping with someone who snores that bad, though I guess I should be fairly used to it, it's not the first time I've shared a hotel room with her. I guess I was just so super tired that first night that I couldn't sleep much at all. And I felt so frustrated I spent at least until 1am on my phone with my headphones in. Luckily I slept better the following two nights.

I'm on my way home now so will soon be posting back to normal.

Aww that's good then I'm glad you got some sleep . I'm hoping to do more posting this week too, it's just been so busy lately, I hate neglecting my Tom duties hope you had a good time and are well rested

It's so good to be back in my own bed. Aww, I know it's not easy, real life must take precedence after all. I'm more well rested at home today than when I was away.
