Personally, I think Laura was a great singer. But this show ruined her. Her image and the way she sang just got worse for me on the show, she didn't really stay true to herself, and it really disappointed me.

Her performances never conveyed raw emotion or longing to be there. Not that there needed to be constantly but in even in her sing off it was still all about how her voice sounded and not how much she wanted to be there.

I loved her in the auditions, but not on the live shows.

Oh right. I think there was a lot of emotion in her performances. Although I think maybe she could've put a bit more into Somewhere Over the Rainbow - maybe been more daring with the notes or changed it around a bit more, I dunno, but I think she was true to herself and I think she was really distinctive. I didn't understand really why Simon said she had a lack of image.

Finally Daniel's gone

think Dannii's going to go from being the strongest to the weakest soon, I see Rachel and Ruth being the next two to go. Between Diana/Alexandra/Eoghan/JLS I can't call how it's going to go..

I dunno about Ruth, I think she could stick around for a bit longer.

But I'm probably just biased since she's my favourite now that Laura's gone.

Closely followed by Diana and Alexandra.

It's right that Daniel went he was the weakest by far. My favourite is now Alexandra, I think she has a great voice.

I'm afraid I'm not too keen on Diana. I don't like her singing style too much and I think she absolutely murdered "Yellow", yes I know she wasn't 100% but I think she's going a bit too far with her quirkiness now. I know a lot of you like her and she's done very well to get this far.

Rachel did better this week, but I don't think she's a top contender.

I think you're all right about the top 3 though. It'll be a tough final.

Alexandra does hav a great voice, and she has a great personality in the VT's each week, but when she's onstage she becomes a bit bland IMO. That's the only thing that puts me off her.

And I do really like Diana, but her version of Yellow made my ears bleed, it was painful. Kudos to her for getting up there and performing when she still wasn't 100% though.

I was very impressed with Ruth's version of Angels, that's probably the most iconic British song of the last decade or so, and it's great that Danni had enough faith in Ruth's ability to pull it off because I think she totally did.

Yellow was definitely Diana's worst performance wasn't it! I really wanted her to do well as well but I think she looked really uncomfortable and it sounded a bit odd & out of tune in parts.

There's something about Alexandra that puts me off wanting her to win. I think she just doesn't have that uniqueness. Like you say she's got a great voice & personality though.

I think this week was Alexandra,Ruth and Diana's weakest week. None of there performances really stood out for me. JLS where amazing though. What are the judges talking about? How many of the contestants will have songs like the ones they did on disco week on there album? Anyway (and completely ignoring Danii's comment.) I think they did amazing. Performance wise and Vocal wise. The only way I could have loved it more is if they had sang 'Hey Jude' all the way through instead of a melody. They remind me so much of boy's II men.

Im glad Daniel's gone, I like him, but not his voice. Very pub act IMO. Ideally i'd like Rachel or Eoghan next, im hoping Diana will pick up once again.

Leona's performance blew me away. I heard her sing 'Run' on Radio one's live lounge a few months ago now, but it was nothing compared to her singing it live on the X-factor. I was so happy she was finally releasing a single that really showed off her voice, I haven't been that impressed with her work so far.

But I've just read that actually that isn't gonna be released as a single, which seems a shame really but at least she performed it.

Hang about, do you mean Run as in the Snow Patrol song?

If you do, then damn it, because I missed the first part of the results show where she sang.

I'd love to have heard her version.

Yup 'Run' as in Snow Patrol song, its up on the ITV website if you want to watch her performance, and the Radio One Live Lounge version is on YouTube. I love Snow Patrol, but her version is better

What! Nooooo! Hopefully it will be on her re-release of the album, I must have that song. It would have made a much better single than 'Forgive me'. I still cant get over how amazing she is live, and she's still so down to earth too.

Yah! Only problem is I caint get my hands on it until the 1st of December.

Anyone heard about the latest 'dispute' on the X factor? Dannii and Loui wanted the same song 'Rule The World' and Dannii won, Rachels gonna sing it

. I really caint see her singing that.

Oh no! I presumed JLS would be singing that one, I think they could've done well with it. *sigh* But Rachel and Rule the World?! Really don't think it's gonna suit her voice!
