The whole "Dance for your Life" thing, I have to say - it shouldn't really be apart of this round of decision making. Like, why didn't Ryan dance for his life? Oh, that's right because than the judges would have kept him because he's amazing - AT HIS STYLE. So, am I a bit bummed two of my favorites left early and Legacy sticks around BECAUSE, he's good at HIS STYLE. Yeah...

I was bummed about Ryan, but yeah, his ballroom was just AWKWARD, which I don't get because he was obviously good enough last season to make it so far.

I'm going to go ahead and blame the producers for pimping him out so much last season. They KNEW he would be a fan favorite and draw all the fans that wanted him in season 5, out again, so they played him up as much as possible. And I think that really added to the amount of pressure he felt. THEN when they called him out the day before saying things like "I hope you didn't spend too much time in the studio with us last season..." that's just unnecessary and humiliating. I feel like that may have been the straw that broke the camel's back. I totally would have cracked too.

Oh well. If he can't audition anymore, hopefully they will bring him on as a choreographer, because he is fabulous at his style! It's just fun to watch, and very easy to get swept up in, IMO.

I'm looking forward to this fall season, and I'm anxious to know who the top 20 is already!!

Agreed about the "Dance for your life". At this stage in the competition they already are very familiar with what each dancer can do in their own style, the point now is to show one can do the other styles.
