That's an interesting format. Could make the competition even more ruthless. Some of the people who have won also relied heavily on teammates (like Casey) so it'll be interesting.

doesnt seem quite fair though because you would think the winners would be the stronger team, no?

I like this idea of using past winners vs. past losers. I'm sure the winners will be favored but all the challenges seem to have favorites and underdogs. I think this will definitely be interesting.

the "champions" team is pretty much stacked.

Not necessarily. The champions team will have some people like Katie who hasn't won a lot since and Tonya who could best be described as "hard to work with" and worst "a hot mess"

Plus, the Challengers has people like Brad who has come close and is a great competitor. Also Cohutta is pretty good based on what we saw on the Island and I'm sure Danny will be 'roided up and raring to go as usual.

Yeah that is true.

It's kind of like how the rookies/veterans thing works I guess. The veterans usually have too many issues that cause them to fall apart.

Past winners would have an advantage, but it's similar to Veterans vs Rookies.
