On Thursday, February 19th, Reality Check Radio will be airing a new interview with Bethenny Frankel, one of the cast members from The Real Housewives of New York City. She discusses her experience on the show, shares her opinion on other cast members, and gives insight to the new upcoming season which is to premiere Tuesday, February 17th on Bravo.



Frankel's biggest claim to fame, pre Housewives, came when she was one of 16 candidates in The Apprentice: Martha Stewart, of which she made to the finale. She is a natural foods chef and has her own line of baked goods, Bethenny Bakes. She recently penned a new book, NATURALLY THIN (in stores March 10th), which will unleash and unshackle readers from a lifetime of dieting.

I love these NY Housewives. It's like watching that accident on the side of the road while you slow your car down to get a better look. These ladies are all so self absorbed but they are also strong, determined women who know what they want out of life. I think my favorites are Bethenny and Jill but there is something uniquely interesting about each of them.

Alex and Simon are indeed pretentious social climbers but I always look forward to seeing what they are up to. They like acting out the role of the socially elite, even if it means living beyond their finances. Bethenny's view of them last season after she saw their house when she went to their son's birthday party said it best. They give off an elegant, European aire of manners, wealth and high society but yet that's not really who they are.

I remember that, I loved that! I also liked when Sonjas' dress came undone she said that her dress was so well trained it knew what time of night it was supposed to come off.
