| Pinoy Reality TV #19: rEaLiTy OvErLoAd!!! hee, hope y'all don't mind that I started the new thread [img]smilies/biggrin.gif[/img] watched AI today...twas the first ep of competition, meaning 8 of the 32 semifinalists competed. No one really blew me away...Jennifer and Fantasia were good though okay, Idk if any of y'all saw the VH1's Big in 03 awards and there was a segment where Nick and Jessica parodied themselves with Jessica pretending she was this super smart genius who was really a secret agent spy etc. and Nick was the lovable but clueless husband. Anyway, they were out in some restaurant and Jessica got a page and she had to "drop some kids off at the pool" (her fave expression, apparently [img]smilies/rolleyes.gif[/img] ) and that's where she went into spy-talk blah blah blah. Well, they showed a preview of tomorrow night's new Newlyweds ep and it was the behind the scenes thing for that and hee...she really is that stupid. I'm sorry but I took 3 and a half years of French and hearing her butcher all these French words was just [img]smilies/rolleyes.gif[/img] and [img]smilies/rotfl.gif[/img] at the same time. Gah, I know Nick is just trying his darnedest not to laugh his ass off [img]smilies/lol.gif[/img] She couldn't pronounce au revoir so Nick corrected her and she was all, "Why are there so many Rs then?" [img]smilies/thumbs_up.gif[/img] He's so funny how he was telling them that he had no pro experience singing or dancing, like it wasn't obvious [img]smilies/lol.gif[/img] awww, when he was walking away with his yellow backpack...awww. But you know what, one of the local radio stations morning show replays some performances of AI from the night before and they played his singing with the instrumental of She Bangs and in fairness, he was actually on pitch a lot of the time and was in the right pace with the music. It's just that he was monotonous, hits the ending notes too low, and def. not for AI, but his performance wasn't as bad when played with background music [img]smilies/biggrin.gif[/img] Pao: is Rupert annoying you yet? Has your Rupert-Love Train pulled away from the station after seeing this ep? [img]smilies/lol.gif[/img] warning: if you haven't seen Survivor yet, skip the rest of my post see, I knew there was a reason for the madness. (read: Why Jenna M. was quiet and reserved, unlike her Amazon self) it was def. coz of her mom.
