| The One That Got Away. This is the dumbest and most pointless reality TV show EVER. This guy was completely cheesy and totally full of CRAP. Why any of these girls fell for him in the first place is beyond me. I want those two hours of my life back. | |||

| this is the only reality coupling that i actually liked. i agree it was cheesy and the stuff he said sometimes was like...'Are you kidding?' sometimes i would like gap at how abrupt and bluntly he would talk when he told the girls that he eliminated that they were to leave. i liked it for the fact that it was *only* two hrs, rather than dragging it out over weeks and months. i guess that i liked it also because they had *past* relationships with him and so we aren't getting this, 'i'm in love with you' crap from ppl who only knew each other the sum of like 5 wks and are proposing. and a big plus on this show was that i loved who skip picked. i felt for her. she wasn't going to pretend to be this upbeat woman...all fake. another thing is i liked how they talked about their issues with the guy. they didn't prance around it and think i'll wait until later to talk about it with him. the only problem i had was with that Erin girl. i don't know if it was her personality, editing, or a little of both, but she TOTALLY came out like a deceitful, manipulative witch. not because ppl said she was; her actions spoke louder than words. ie erin telling skip that grace had no romantic feelings for him at all....what the heck? i think i liked grace because she had such a hard time expressing her feelings and i can relate to that. i think she was not a orator and so she had tough times trying to voice her feelings for him. the only thing was that i wished there had been more time for skip to hang with the girls...it was like a ff'd version of the bachelor, except he didn't get to go out with hardly any of the girls. sure he knows them, but as a viewer, we need to get to know them. i mean, there were so many blondes i couldn't keep them straight, they all looked the same. i'm sure erin is a great gal...which we didn't get to see... i think the best part was when she was hanging out with michael. i think with erin she had to many expectations and she was so competitive about it. also, she totally backpedalled on every point she made with skip on their date. 'she loves him for who he is and doesn't care what he does' - yeah right, we just are completely deaf when we heard her talk about how he can't live his life as a bartender and she doesn't see herself with a guy who has that job.... (this is kind of paraphrasing) i really liked this show...though i wish i had rec it from the beginning. ![]() | |||

| i liked how it was soo fast and it didnt drag on i liked that but the rest i didnt like. i think it was kind of boring!! and i think he thought he was so hot crap with all these girls. i thought he was hot but he was too full of himself. i kind of like when they dont know each other i think its more fun to watch when they dont each other. | |||

| i could see how he could feel that way...with all those girls coming out to 'be' with him though ![]() i understand though the sentiments about him being a little arrogant. i think the best times were, though, when he had alone time with the girls. i think about chats with grace and how he was almost demanding for her to tell him why she was there and asking if she wanted to be. i did however think he was hot ![]() i watched on nbc quarter of the way through and thought it was for love or for money... then watched it more and was stunned that everyone seemingly had a southern accent...of course watching a little bit more i realized that it was a different show entirely. | |||
