I can't lie.............I got excited a little with the Casey/Taylor breakup because Ryan/Taylor seem like they could be an amazing pair. But yeah, this is real life and it would definitely damage the Ryan/Casey friendship.

Which is too bad since it would definitely make the show more interesting! Oh I'm with the idea that not having 'drama' in my/his life. But how horrible would it be if you could never be with a person that may be perfect for you just because of old feelings of a best friend. However with that said, Casey/Taylor did not break up ages ago, it's still fresh so I couldn't see that happening and it being okay until a 5th or 6th season...if those could even happen. (I personally don't see it going on that long)

But part of me is also glad she's not with him because right now he's playing the field...He doesn't REALLY actually know how to sustain a real relationship. I mean look at what happened with him and Kayla. I couldn't bear it if he did it to Taylor.

Plus, I don't know how much I'd like to see them together now that I've heard that he's done it with 4 girls at ONE time. That idea still boggles my mind just because of the fact that my mind can't comprehend how PATHETIC A woman you have to be to seduce a 17 yr old. Creepy. (fyi - the girls were in their 20s)

Eww, I never heard that. I wonder if that'll be part of the show. First a scene with Ryan being the awesome big brother that I love and then him getting it on with four gold diggers

I was a little excited by Casey and Taylors breakup too, but I it is a bit soon for anything to happen. In S1 I actually thought they were together because the first episode I saw they hugged and talked about Ryan's family.

Actually the 4some happened a couple of years ago...I forget how old he is now...18-19? So this would have been a couple of years ago. So technically it happened probaby happened whilst or before their shooting the show...How creepy is that?

From a guy who came onto the tv show scene complaining he couldn't get a girlfriend.

Wonder why?

I just heard about it at his site. I guess that's what guys like but I'm just not a huge fan of promoting it in a skater magazine that young kids read.

Plus I can't believe the kinds of questions the interviewer asked. It was kind of in bad taste.

Considering that MTV markets him as a role model, any line of questioning that gets that info is inappropriate IMO.

I'm sure it's supposed to be geared towards 'teenage' boys, but even so, that info is unnecessary. We're supposed to buy that all skaters think that way and well, actually all celebs are supposed to think that way, but that's BS.

To be a role model, one takes the lead ...not follow everyone else's lead.

I just wanted to let you guys know that two episodes are airing on MTV this afternoon. I was flipping through our guide and saw it. I'm not even sure if they aired at the usual 10pm slot or not and I didn't see any advertisments for it's return :shrugs: Anyway, I it's on from 12:30 - 1:30est. The first episode description was about Ryan and Tony going to Austria, the second didn't have a description.

finally caught up on some of the episodes. I got sad when Ryan said he wasn't gonna hang out with Taylor for a while. that's a tough position for sure.
