| The Last Comic Standing Anyone else a fan? Its the only reality show I watch. I was hooked last year, fell in love with Robert Cantrell, and the premiere for the second season was tonight. The majority of the people are funnier (though none as funny as my grammar-joking Bobert). Premise is basically that its the American Idol for comics. Ten fnalists, live in a house, one by one eliminated. Except every week only two people perform -- one person is voted to potentially go, and that person picks who to challenge. At the end of the show they do a set. Live audience votes, and then someone leaves. If you dont watch, well I highly suggest it. Tuesdays, 8pm, although this week I think theyre doing Wednesday and Thursday as well. NBC. | |||

| I watched it Tuesday, but missed the first half of the Wednesday episode because I didn't know it was on. Interesting to see a lot of very familiar faces. You can turn on Comedy Central's Friday Night Stand-Up any given week and probably see someone who made the semifinals this year. It's just odd, because I know Kathleen Madigan, Todd Glass, Jim Norton, etc., and so do a lot of other people. Kind of sucked to see some of the established comedians not making it as far as some newcomers. Must be a nice kick in the ass for them to have that happen at all, let alone on national television. I still miss Bobert and Dave. __________________ "I'm here to crush dreams, what can I say?" --Janelle, Big Brother 7 "What is love if cops don't come?
