Basically, this show is about people that went through very traumatizing events and lived to tell their stories. Most of them deal with attempted murderers. But sometimes they have stories about like, natural disasters and such.
I find it extremely interesting, but obviously, very disturbing.
So many of the stories are so sad and scary, but it helps you think about how to prevent being in some of the situations.
