I'm not all that excited about this show but I'm going to give it a shot. I like Grease so at least I'll like the music they sing.

So are the contestants going to be pros looking for a job, or people who are learning? Its interesting, so I'll give it a shot.

i'm looking forward to this one. i love Grease, i just hope that the people competing don't completely ruin it for me.

i do think the whole thing is interesting though, since they already have EVERYTHING in the musical cast except for the two leads.

i watched tonight.

i didn't have any standout girls that i really really liked. one of the girls that i liked they didn't choose. she was the pharmaceutical rep.

as for the guys ... i really liked the last guy that tried out in LA i think his name was Drew. so far he is my favorite guy.

i was also a little upset they didn't pick my other favorite guy, i believe his name was Ryan ... he was the one that was auditioning for his brother, because his brother always wanted to do it, but got too sick and eventually passed away. as soon as they kicked him off i instantly thought they should do a sort of wildcard show where the public could pick one boy and one girl to come back that was initially kicked off.

i definitely think i'm going to enjoy the show. it's ALOT like American Idol.

I liked the episode too. I don't have any favourites yet - there were a few people I was kinda sorta rooting for but nothing major.

It annoyed me when Billy Bush pressed the judges to let that one girl to audition again. It made me laugh that he was all "Well, I thought she was good." Mm-hmm. And what qualifications do you have to judge that, Billy? It was even funnier when she blew her second chance.

Billy requesting a 2nd chance for that girl was funny. And her screwing it up.

I liked the guy that was auditioning for his brother too.

Can't wait for next week.

I watched the first hour of it and enjoyed it. I agree, very American Idol-like.

There were some that I really enjoyed, and of course some I didn't. I also think a brunette Sandy would be fine, I mean other than the Sandra Dee song it doesn't say Sandy is blonde, right? And I don't remember her name, but there was a brunette who I enjoyed very much.

I like the show, and will continue to watch. I'm looking forward to the New York auditions.

I thought the show was okay. There were some good singers I thought could go through.

I think the guy whose brother wanted him to audition's name was Jason. I liked him. He totally should have gone through

I finally watched my recorded version and loved the show. I'm already hooked.

I sadly didn't like the brother. I thought he was okay, but his sob crying kept getting on my nerves. I did like the one guy from LA with the big smile. I don't remember his name, but he did move on. I liked the girl Calla. She had brown hair and was really spunky and cute.

It will be interesting to see NYC. I bet there will be a bunch of great singers/dancers there.

Does anyone here watch I Wanna Be A Soap Star? I only ask because I could've sworn that one of the girls that was on that show auditioned for this show and made it to the Grease Academy. Of course, they didn't have her say anything, except for one word and I couldn't tell if it was her.
