Clash of the Choirs...just four days but

No one is watching this show?

'Clash of the Choirs' is a live four-night musical event coming to NBC in December 17th. "Clash of the Choirs," has tapped five musical superstars -- Michael Bolton, Patti LaBelle, Nick Lachey, Kelly Rowland and Blake Shelton -- to embark on a musical challenge as they return to their hometowns to assemble an amateur choir and prepare them to compete live in studio for the title of America's best choir. The show will feature music genres ranging from current pop hits to holiday classics. The choir hopefuls will be judged each night by viewers watching at home. Jason Raff and Suzy Lamb will executive produce this BBC Worldwide Production based on a series format acquired from Scandinavian based Friday TV.

Tonights show....Nich Lachey's choir rocked the HOUSE with their rendition of Flight of the Bumblebee.

TONIGHT..PATTI may have changed viewers minds...her choir singing Mary J Blige No More Drama...WHOOOAAAA.

I love choirs. I decided to watch this, because if you have seen Across the Universe, they sing let it be...as a funeral song, and it just blew me away. It was so much like Nick Lachey's choir singing the flight of the bumblebee....

I wasn't too impressed with the Michael Bolton's choir just now singing his If A Man Loves a Woman, he really just sang..and he let them la la a few notes.
Kelly Rowland at least let her group sing the I Am A Survivor song...funny how on Monday, when they were showing the auditions she was so sick of that song, and then she had to perform it live here.

I really liked this little show. I guess I just like singing/ music shows. haha.
Nick's choir totally deserved to win. Their performance of The Flight of the Bumblebee was genius!! I love anything acapella.

Dreamwalker, I wasn't a very big Beatles fan, but when I saw the previews for Across the Universe and the "I've just seen a face" promo, I was waiting day and night for that movie to come to my town, we had to wait six more weeks than others, and if i truly wasn't a wuss -I could have gone to the college town -35 miles away, but it was a mutual decision with my sisters that we would all go see it together when it finally arrived here. Especially after I sent them so many you tube clips-because they were clueless to that fabulous movie. Darn it, I had one clip as a favorite, when the cast was on Good Morning America -that is one I sent to so many people, to attract them to seeing it.

BUT at least we can hear let it be again

Dommie - Same with me about the Beatles, but the movie looked so creative that I had to give it a shot. I'm glad I did because it was wonderful. Thanks for all the links.
