She's actually not that crazy. I've seen her on Jimmy Kimmel and her webcam interview with Michelle Money, she actually seems lovely and normal.

She seemed so normal when she was talking to Kaitlyn on The Bachelorette. I wouldn't be surprised if it was just an act.

According to Chris, he said it was going to be on 2 nights every week, Sundays & Mondays. I think 2 hours on Sunday night and one hour on Monday night.
