Has the prize money changed this year? Rumour has it that the winner will not receive one million dollars. Apparently the prize money has gone back to $250 000. This will be confirmed in May if it is true but promos for the show for example have some believing that it has changed.

Hopefully this years BB will be good. They always start off slow and boring, but theres meant to be all kinds of changes isnt there? Hopefully its a lot different and enjoyable

Big Brother 2005 - The countdown begins

Big Brother 2005 will soon commence. The current status of preparations include:
Final stage of Housemate selection nearing completion.
New graphic look approved.
SpyWare audio enhancement system installed in House and grounds.
New studios fitted out.
All core production personnel now at Dreamworld.
One tonne of prepared tomato pasta sauce ordered.
Red carpet and Hollywood lights arrive on site.
First views of the new Big Brother house released.
The swimming pool has been moved.
The kitchen area has been relocated.

Hhaha I'm exactly the same... I also watch Home and Away and always tell my self that I will make H& A the priorty and tape that if i'm out and then only watch BB during the ads or not at all because everything that is on the daily show is on the internet anyways....., etc etc, but then everyyear about 3 or 4 weeks in, I'm taping BB and only watching H&A during the ads, or not at all hahahaha....

I usually only ever watch the eviction shows and sometimes the uplate show in the middle of the night, and that's enough for me to be able to follow what's happening. I just can't hack watching all the rest of the shows because a) the people are usually annoying and/or stupid, and b) I can't stand Gretel, so the less I see of her the better.

i love the show, like everyone else i tell myself i wont get addicted, but NOPE i always get addicted. I cant wait to see the new season. i wonder what the big twist or theme is going to be!!!!!!!!!!

LOL I'm the same I try not to watch it but meh, Home and Away is more important except for when boring people are on lol And aren't all the housemates meant to be single this time? That will be funny!
Does anyone know someone who auditioned? My friend and her sis did but they didn't make it past the first round

Big Brother!
At the end of every series of it, I'm sick of it and say that I won't bother watching the next series, but then the ads come on and I can't wait for it to start again!
The only downside is that I ending up like the people everyone else hates, and hating the people most people like! So I'm reading through all these messages saying how much everyone hates this person and rolling my eyes

Oh, well. Maybe I'll like the same people as others this year

Anyway, yay, a week to go
