So far the makeovers seem kind of blah.

I liked Hannah's. Marjorie looks better with dark hair.

And they are totally cheesing it up this season, the damn 'poison' apple thing and Prince Couture?

I think Hannah's makeover makes her look even more young? It looks pretty though.
I LOVE Elina's even if she hates it.

I love Elina's look. I think she has come to like it. It was the biggest change I think.

ETA: So Brittany left. Didn't like her much anyway.

I liked Brittany. It seemed like there was less drama tonight, minus the girls jumping on Elina for hating her Mom. Just because her Mom puts a roof over her head doesn't mean anything. She could still be a drunk or a drug addict or something.

Yeah, I don't understand why the girls got on Elina for hating her mom. They don't know what she has been through.

I liked Elina's makeover......a really pretty photo.

The one thing I noticed though in both the situation about Hannah and last night's situation with Elina is that in both situations, Brittany was the one to escalate it.

She's causing drama. So glad she is gone!

I noticed that as well. It's very telling I think - no matter how the show is trying to portray it. I am glad she left as well. Didn't like her in the least.

Hannah looks sooo freaking adorable with that new cut. It does make her look younger I think and at times I thought she couldn't really put it off but I really love it.

I pretty much loved all of the makeovers except for Lauren Brie's & Elina's. Lauren Brie's hair is wayyyy to platinum. It doesn't look good in person or in photos like the judges said. In person I thing Elina's hair looks absolutely ridiculous. It looks so fake and just wrong. But photographed I think it looks STUNNING. I was so glad that her name was called first, that was a ~fierce~ picture.

Um, can we just talk a minute about the queerness in some parts of last night's show. Like...really. The whole apple thing and the wicked witch and the the prince. And then Tyra announcing the makeovers in the lower part of the screen with that ridiculous voice. God. I was embarrassed, again, for them.

i am really loving Lauren Brie! every photo she does is gorgeous

BUT they need to stop with all this cheese they are throwing at us this season.. first the 'future' thing they did in the premiere and then what they did this episode... can they just be normal??

I really couldn't agree more. The cheese is killing me. It's so unneeded. The 'old' seasons didn't have it and they were just fine.

I completely agree with these two statements. I really didn't like Elina's hair when she was in panel but her picture was amazing, and I loved it.

And I could handle the future thing with the makeover thing with the voices, and that stupid skit nearly made me turn off the tv. It was horrible. I cringed every time Tyra would say something at the bottom of the screen. Ugh. They need to go back to the way it used to be, cut the cheese.
