ITA about McKey's hair. It's soooo red, it definitely looks fake.

I don't really wanna harp on the Hannah situation much longer since a lot of you seemed to have discussed it quite a bit, I just want to say that I believe the girls jumped the gun a little bit and just got offended way too fast & easily. And I did not care for how they were talking to her or how they approached her about the situation at all. It could have been handled a lot more maturely then a callout with all the girls present.

Right. What I was saying was that's not a type of question that you just go around just to ask (not saying they did that at all, actually I said the opposite in my post I think you might have misunderstood) so they had to have asked her for a reason which means they were accusing her.

You make good points.

Let's hope that the girls have put it behind them, and moved on.

In the last episode after all the drama about it, Hannah did say she was over it, but I wonder if she was just saying that to appear strong about the situation.

I also meant to asy I dislike how Hannah uses the small town thing as well. I hated hearing, "I'm from Alaska" like 17 times in an hour.

I agree that the situation escalated but Hannah's comments only became worse as the episode went on. I think initially, for Sheena, Hannah pushing Isis didn't sit well with her, so they had the conversation and Hannah's comments didn't sit well with her (they wouldn't have with me) but the more she and Britney talked about it (and included others) the more the situation escalated so that the confrontation with Hannah was mishandled. But Hannah also didn't take it well. If someone said something like that to me, I'd be like let's discuss this, let me explain myself, but she says thank you for the critique and then calls them a gang, which is not only stereotyping but offensive.

Ultimately, I think Hannah is prejudiced but mostly due to ignorance not maliciousness. But yes, the other girls could have also handled it better.

I do agree that Hannah might not have handled the situation in the best way but I really can't blame her. I probably would have reacted the same way. Well- depending on my mood at the time.

I agree with your comment that she is prejudiced due to ignorance and not maliciousness.

But Hannah needs to confront it and make a truly sincere apology instead of walking off like a victim.

I agree wholeheartedly. But it's easier for her to believe they are ganging up on her than that she might be prejudiced.

^^ That's what it is, she's playing into the whole, "I'm the victim here" type of thing, and that is getting annoying.

Plus she shouldn't make comments about things she has no idea about, I mean "gang-rape"? Please.

See Hannah's small town issues WILL get her into trouble in the fashion world. NY, LA, Tokyo, etc aren't Alaska, and nobody in the fashion world will put up with that kind of ignorant small town attitude. There are no excuses and you can't take back something you say once it is out there.

I was thinking about this last night, there is a chance that the show is playing up the whole 'small town' thing and so it seems like a bigger problem then it really is. So maybe Hannah's not as in trouble as we think...?

It could be. But she made a lot of comments.

Although they could have edited it to look that way.
