I've watched every season except for the one Saleisha won. Except I don't normally watch when they air the first time - I usually end up watching when there is a marathon on VH1 or MTV. The only one I ended up watching as it was airing was the one Jaslene won.

The only season I never watched completely was Season 1, but I plan to catch up with it, eventually. Top Model is such a guilty pleasure of mine, I know it's not about modeling and the winners (except for Yoanna, and maybe Dani and Eva as well) are such a disappointment, but damn, it's too entertaining

Do you guys watch any other Top Model shows? I watch Australia's (THE best one, for sure), Britain's and Brazil's.

i've only seen the american one, but i do want to watch the others as well.
jay manuel is the host of the canadian one and my friend told me its pretty good, so i definitely want to check that out... especially since i freakn LOVE him.

Jay Manuel tries so much to be like Tyra, is funny

He's classier than Tyra, though. The winner of Cycle 2 of CNTM is PERFECTION. Unlike the ANTM, she (along with Alice and Ksenia, from Russia's NTM) just screams model all around <3

Wait, where can you watch the other ones? I saw Australia when Vh1 was playing it for a bit and loved it way more than ANTM.

Tausili puts up America's, Britain's and Australia's NTM and Emoemil puts up German's NTM with English subtitles. I don't remember who uploaded CNTM on YT, but I can look for it. I watched Brazil's NTM on TV, since I live in Brazil. Even if you get the chance to watch it, I'd say don't

It's poorly edited, the hostess is awful and has NO charisma, the photoshoots are beyond lame and there are only a few girls who look remotely like model. It's a shame, especially since there are so many high fashion models who are Brazilians.

Thanks. I'm at work right now but as soon as I get home I'll check it out. I'm also surprised about the Brazilian one not being good but so many Brazilian models are working outside of Brazil it makes some sense. I might check it out just to practice my Portuguese.

I've been saying for the longest that they should do a competition with past winners/competitors from all the different countries. It would be all the crazy, bitchy, divaness times a million. Plus, with Tyra and some of the other Top Model hosts judging ... it's the stuff of dreams.

I just watched the finale.

I liked Whitney's walk better, but it was a little to bouncy.

ITA! but i think Anya's was a bit stiff. as finalists, i think they both should've done better on the runway.

i checked out the first episode of CNTM (Tausili posts them, btw). i think it's so weird. maybe it's the way Tausili edits them but i felt like it jumped everywhere. it wasn't hard to figure out what was happening but it was like....yea, there's a photoshoot, wait, what's the theme?? they don't really tell you.

it was interesting though

I saw one season of Aus's version. I honestly couldn't tell you which one it was though. But the girl that guest starred on an episode in the season Jaslene won was the host. That's all I know.

I didn't start watching ANTM til season 4. But with all these freaking marathon that MTV aires I have watched all the seasons

Who is your guy's favorite winner? I loveeeeeed Caridee on her season.

My favorite winner is definitely Nicole Linkletter from season 5. She just screams model to me. I adored her from the beginning so it was great to see her win. By far my favorite winner out of them all. I can just picture that one photograph of hers from early on, week 2 I think, where she was in the gorgeous red dress. Right from there I knew she was going to be a contender for the title.

Nicole Linkletter from C5 was my favorite too. She had like the prettiest doll face, and took gorgeous photos. She was modelly all around.

Did you guys see this? I think she looks quite pretty here and i don't even like her that much.
