Tk/Rachel were cute.

It was an exciting show tonight.. I always feel sorry for the first couple eliminated...

First episode was good but nothing great. I didn't really see any teams that stand out so I could see myself easily losing interest this season but we will see it was only the first episode.

No one team stood out for me either but I love the show so much that I would never lose interest in it... I love the challenges. I do not have a fav team to root for yet, but it is still early.

Oh some teams definitely stood out for me. Unfortunately, it's the ones I'm probably not going to like. I didn't like Terence & Sarah, really just Terence. He's so weird. He was all mad cause Sarah talked to the other teams. Dude, she can talk to people. And then he got her all wound up about the other team "ignoring" her when they were looking for cabs. I think the team probably didn't realize she was talking to them.

I liked the bro/sis team that came in first (and I'd love it if the sis hooked up with the hot son from the mom/son team)

I liked the Geeks! And I don't like the Frat boys (but I generally don't like frat boys as a rule so I'm biased). The Beekeepers were cute but we've done the Hippie thing and it'll always be BJ and Tyler for me.

TAR is back! *reaches through TV and hugs Phil* I dont know WHY TAR wasn't a 2 hour premiere like Survivor. It seemed horribly crammed, and unbalanced. Did we even meet all the teams? We got too much of some teams, and not enough of others.

Plus, needs to be HD. After watching Survivor on HD..TAR should also be HD

But oh, I am so happy TAR is back. I didnt realize how much I missed it, and Phil, and all the insane TAR logic..like 'I don't know where we're going, so let's just follow that team in front of us and hope they know where they're going!'.

which we already saw in episode one..and I am sure we'll see again.

Ok..first impressions after watching the episode!

Team Comic Book ~~Guys~~ Nerds
I like them. Good sense of humor, playing it smart (especially with the coat bit..good thinking). Dont look all that physically fit though. I dont expect them to make it very far, although you never know. But I think a physical task will really be the thing that stops them.

Team BroSis
I thought I wouldnt like them, but was surprised in this episode. They seem competitive, but also pleasant.(For now, anyways

) I also liked Nick's ability to settle Starr, who was starting to go insane in the cab

They get bonus points because Terence and Sarah hate them.
Extra bonus points because of Nick saying "Obviously he hasn't worked in customer relations".

Awesome.

Team Whiners (aka Terrence and Sarah)
Oh I dont like you already. At first it was all Terrence.. until Sarah has a hissy-fit because Starr "ignored" her. "...and they didn't even say 'Hi!' to us!" ?

Are you kidding?

Slightly amusing moment: Him telling her that she runs too fast. Isn't this the same guy who trains runners for a living?
Very Amusing moment: Seeing Team BroSis crush them getting to the pitstop.

Team Mother & Son
I can only remember one other Mother and son team, so this is nice to see

I like them, from what we saw, and its not just because the son is all kinds of hot.
I like how he constantly cheered her on. I hope he continues to do so. I also liked in the beginning, when the mother gave a quick peck on his cheek before the race started.

I hope they work well together. They appear to have a very strong relationship. I do like them, can't see them winning though. Unfortunately. But did I mention he was all kinds of hot?

Team FratBoys
Irritating. Especially at the airport. But atleast they thought about the detour and was smart about the one they picked.

Hilarious when they didnt get the question right at first and had to go back. I love that mystery question thing..but did anyone else wish that the second time they did it, they got asked a different question?

Team "He Cheated on me"
Thats going to get old real quick, being constantly reminded that he cheated. She drove me crazy yelling at Ken to hurry up when he was carrying both of their packs. Sheesh. She is annoying. I almost dont blame him for cheating. And I wonder how much work she has had done? The BroSis team calling them "Mom and Dad" was hilarious. I can't see Tina being too happy that 20-somethings are calling her Mom, and view her as old.

We didnt see much of the other teams, but just some random things about them..

Aja and Ty: Very smart to use the carpool lane

Team Pink Blondes and Team Dirvorcees...Not much to go on for now. Although I think the blondes wont survive for much longer..

Stephanie and Anthony..or Team Money will show us if we are meant to be together..we didnt see you that much in this first episode, but man, If you need to win a game show in order to know if you should get married and have kids then that should tip you off that you most definitely should not get married and have kids.

Team Save the bees! When you see them walking around instead of trying to run. or even jog, you know they are doomed. They seem like nice people, and I hope they enjoyed the small experience they had. But did anyone honestly think they wouldnt be the first team eliminated?

So. It wasnt a great episode, but TAR still rocks, and will forever be more interesting to me than some other reality shows.

I had forgotten about the whole, "you're running faster than me" thing. Terrence is super needy, not a "free spirit" like Sarah described him. If she's faster than you (and everyone else) isn't that a good thing? It's not like she was a block ahead.

And Team "He cheated on me" was so sad. I don't condone cheating but if you're going to work on it, work on it. Don't passive-aggressively use it as an excuse to rail against every move he makes.

I thought last night's show was great! I'm so excited this is backkkk. Nobody stood out just yet but this is the type of show where I don't really need favorites because the show itself is juts so great, ya know? I wasn't disappointed with who left last night though. And I really do not like Terrance. At freaking all.

She was talking to them at an intense moment of the race, where they are all trying to find a taxi..And they were running. And she didnt seem overly close to them when she said it. I wouldnt be surprised if they didnt even hear her
