Yeah, I knew they were going to win. I was actually pulling for Ken & Tina tonight so I'm just a bit disappointed.

They made me cry at the end though, that was very sweet.

Ken and Tina, well Tina more then Ken annoyed the crap out of me. Sad that we didn't see more of Dan and Andrew.

ally! I love The Watchmen. I just finished reading it a week ago.

So back to TV: I pretty much knew Nick and Starr would win but I was rooting for Ken and Tina cause every time Nick and Starr fell behind, Starr would freak out and it was the most annoying thing ever

Unless they have some huge lead that girl can't deal and she was killing me.

Every thing else was as expected.

My thoughts - I didn't want Nick/Starr to win. I was actually pulling off Ken/Tina - wanted them to win more than Nick/Starr. Starr is annoying - so pushy. Geez. Someone has got to calm that girl down. Seriously!

Oooo, a winter edition?!?! Awesome. I can't wait!!! Ok, off to tell my hubby.

Did anyone else notice that Toni/Dallas were not there in the season finale? Where were they? I wanted to see them so badly.

I didnt find Starr's attitude too annoying. I mean, in comparison to past competitors? No way. Enjoyable, actually, compared to others

And as much as I didnt like how Nick acted every now and then, they were never harsh to each other, and they really clicked as a team. While I wouldnt have minded if Ken/Tina won...Nick and Starr were just..better than any other team, I think. I also think it wasnt really that close at the end, but great editing made it suspensful.

How the pouch was lost:
Dallas was in the cab coming from the Roadblock. His battery for the sound mike required changing and therefore production undid the pouch to change the battery.
Dallas then changed taxis. He was in the second taxi for 20-30 minutes. He then went to the hotel where they had spent the previos night in order to get some help from the concierge. It was at that point when he went to pay the taxi that he realized he no longer had the pouch.

The Long Walk to the pitstop:
Toni and Dallas consciously took the Metro knowing that they should be in a taxi but knowing they did not have enough moneythey expected a 30 minute penalty. They were surprised when they were told to go back. It was at that point however, they were told that cameras were not allowed on the Metro after 3PM, so they made a 2 hour walk back, where they met Phil and were eliminated. Production told them that at that point they were only 30 minutes behind Ken/Tina

Regarding the lost Passports:
The passports were returned to the Embassy late that same night, presumably by the taxi-driver.
The next morning, when Toni/Dallas called the Embassy, they were told the passports had been turned into the Embassy but by that time it was too late for them to catch the flight in time in order to join the other teams at the Final Mat in Portland.

Sheesh..

It seems like production messed Toni and Dallas up and since they noticed that the pouch was in the taxi (and since they took it off Dallas) he should have either been warned or they should have received a penalty at the end.

I still contend that they were robbed because the difference between taking a taxi and metro (in a city you don't know) is minuscule and a delay at the end would have been much more fair.

Hm, wow. That interview was very interesting. Really makes me wonder how much production is involved in some of these eliminations & places you know? Because I'm now kinda blaming them for Toni & Dallas. Boo.

They seriously could've given Star and Nick a challenge, I think.

Anyone watch Nick and Star on Regis & Kelly? Pretty good interview. Star is dating Dallas!

He and his mom were at Regis&Kelly too, standing off to the side
