I actually do have A LOT of grievance for Alex being killed. That was yet another reason why I wasn't a fan of the third season. It just lost it's connectivity after Tess pulled her crap at the end of Season 2. I don't know, maybe there was a part of me too that just didn't WANT to like it after that too.

I was very fond of Alex, but his death didn't ruin the show for me. Actually, the season 2 finale is one of my top favorite eps. Except I wanted them to tear Tess limb from limb and they didn't.

I think Tess was pretty much a thorn in most of the fans sides.n Especially the Dreamers. I can't remember the last time I saw a single character hated so passionately by such a large group of fans

Well... there's Kennedy. I don't hate her (though she could be annoying), but she's got a huuuge hate club going.

And the funny thing is, I kinda liked Kennedy. The Willow/Tara fans were so upset, but it's not like Kennedy was there before Tara was killed.

Of course if I use that rationalization, my Alex vs Jesse argument flies right out the window too
