Thank God I never had to deal with that, I've always liked having an audience, I'm an actress after all. I did become more reserved as time went by but I'm not shy in the least - cautious when meeting new people, yes, but all I need is some space and that's it, all shyness goes out the window.

Happy weekend everyone! We deserve this.

OMG me too. If it's a small group that's fine. But when there are big bosses around, I crumble. My biggest audience was the entire school (grade school & high school) for this Science Project I had to defend. It took me a while to warm up and talk in-front of people again but now that I'm in sales, I've had to do a lot of presentations for clients but that's just a small audience so it's fine.

Ana, yes that was back in high school. Public speaking is so stressful. I have not experienced anything like that ever since nor do I wish to experience that again in the future. I remember crying afterwards because I was so nervous. Any plans this weekend, btw?

It's raining here again. I was supposed to go out and do some shopping but there's a storm (Category 4, what else is new around here) that will get here tonight so I'd rather just stay at home.

I want to start my film paper early since it due in two week since all I have to type 5 pages, but so far that I already did close to 3 pages plus I have to watch the movies to comment about the thesis in my paper.. At least it was easy paper than I tho that it would be hard..

No plans, Lindsay, just went to see a BEAUTIFUL play with some friends on Saturday. I hadn't been this touched by a play in quite a while, and I do watch a lot of plays. It was amazing,


I should be sleeping right now but I'm shameless so of course I'd rather sleep late, and wake up early tomorrow on the verge of tears because I need more sleep.

Sarah, it was about people who come from another region (the one I came from) of the country to São Paulo to pursue a dream/a better life. The actors learn right before the play which character they'll be playing, because they spend the whole play reproducing what they're listening on a headphone. It's a type of theater called Verbatim. The stories hit really close to home, especially the ones about prejudice and sexism. I was sobbing by the end, and the actors did a phenomenal job.

Today was my day off and it's been pleasantly rainy, so I'm loving it. I have a date tonight, kinda nervous about it.
