I'm so happy that I'm having a place to myself tonight after I came home from work until Tuesday so that way I can have peaceful and very quietly.. Sigh..

Even tho as long I can choose the time if that match w/ my schedule if the client is okay w/ that then I'm good..

Having the place to yourself sounds great.

Yeah, the worst of our weather is nowhere near as bad as some other countries and when we do get really bad weather it doesn't always affect the whole country.

I've got to say that some of the flooding happens because of houses have been built in areas in high risk of flooding due to the the fact there's not enough house in the UK.

So do we and we don't get that many, compared to other countries.

Jennifer, yikes tornadoes. I know tornadoes occur when there's just plain land with no buildings or mountains so it's easy for them to form. What is Nerium?

Steph, I like having a place of my own too but it can get lonely sometimes.

Sarah, I've read about that. About the UK not having enough housing projects. I remember going to Hong Kong many years ago and a lot of the residents usually live in buildings or condos. There isn't that much residential housing. I grew up in a suburban neighborhood in the city but we have a lot of housing projects here, just not a lot of land to build them on.

yes we get those south of us a lot in our state or sometimes in another county around us

One of the problems was people were given "the right to buy" their council house, but they didn't build any enough new ones to replace them and it happened again when they started the scheme up again. It's caused all sorts of problems.

Sarah, "training" can get boring. At least think of it as getting paid without having to do anything.

That's true, but I'm hoping it won't be too boring as we get some very "interesting" people who call wanting help. It means I'll be better at taking one type of call and it'll give an opportunity to consider if I want to do as a job in the future.

My gosh, I brought food and damn, it was good even tho I haven't eat that food for years until now..

I have up and down w/ my family, but not my older brother who I'm close and still am.. But w/ my father, it was more language barrier, so we don't talk that much.. And my second brother and I just always fight and he just don't want to be around me until we made truce after my third brother passed.. Even tho me and my mother, we don't get along bec it's like war world 3, but we decide to get past it after my brother passed so that way we don't need to feel something to regret if anything happen..

I'm sorry to hear your brother passed away.

I find that my relationship with my dad has improved since I've moved out, as we're so similar and would rub up each other the wrong way.
