I don't know, but it also won't connect with an ethertnet cable, it seems it's my computer, as the Internet is working and I'm able to use my tablet computer and my phone.

Yeah, it's definitely my computer.

Luckily the company I got I got it from are open during lockdown so I'm going to call them and see what can be done, and hopefully be done before the lockdown ends.
