And he'll blame himself for encouraging Matt to be a vigilante again...perhaps. Being a vigilante will always be a part of Matt's life so he shouldn't feel guilty about Matt.

Foggy will probably feel guilty and I hope Karen will talk some sense into him if he does feel that he's the cause of Matt's death.
