I love DL but TPTB shouldn't hide behind that reason for not going through with SMACked romance right now. If it's written well and without melodrama, why shouldn't it be written?

I completely agree with you, Cath

That is no acceptable reason! I'm completely sure it wouldn't turn out to be a soap opera because that just wouldn't be like Mac and Stella and certainly Gary and Melina know that as well. Nothing would be rushed because the chemistry's always been there and already so strong, I guess their story would pretty much write itself.
