I really liked this episode. It had a good more serious case and then the more fun/light case with Greg/Sara/Ronnie. I thought it was funny how Greg sort of took over that case, almost. Glad to see him back to his normal, excited self. Then taking Lily out to dinner to get more info for his book...I wonder if they will carry that through at all in any future eps.

I heard Catherine say Supervisor too and wondered a bit about that. It was nice to see her and Lily and some of the old Vegas storyline. I find that stuff fascinating too.

The Carp case was interesting. I wondered how the Carp in the episode title was going to fit into this episode. Now I see how.

Nice to see Hodges on and being his usual self. The scene with him and Grissom was funny.

The GSR scene was not too bad after all. I could deal with it.

Everyone had a decent amount of screentime too, so that made it a great episode too.

I would give it a 9 out of 10 too.

Now I think I know how they are going to write Jorja out of the show: She marries Grissom which means since there is a conflict of interest since they're married and she either quits the lab or she gets moved to days or swing.

I too liked this episode. Hodges was brilliant as usual, Greg is back to his old self and Nick hanging around waiting for results.

This episode also makes you think about our drinking water. People throw crap down the drain all the time and you have to think of what they're chucking.

I enjoyed the episode, but that could be the shipper heart in me beating. I actually found it slightly amusing that CSI featured an unsafe water storyline, seeing as Marg Helgenberger had a small role in Erin Brokovich.

I hope they end it on a good note... for some reason I'm afraid it's not going to... Sara seems sad in a lot of ways... I mean yeah, she was happy w/ the proposal, but sometimes she has a faraway look in her eyes... Just can't put my finger on it...

I thought of that too! Especially when they were talking w/ the cancer stricken mom...

I loved Greg in this episode. He should get scenes like this all the time. I also loved his hat in the end.

I think it was my favourite of the season.

Overall, the episode was quite good. I wasn't sure what to expect in terms of the cases, since we didn't see anything about them in the promos (not that I minded!), but they were all interesting. I'd rather have had the Rampart body as the main case, as the other one reminded me a lot of the movie "Erin Brockovich" (which had Marg Helgenberger as the cancer-stricken mom), but it was still good.

The GSR scene? Was fantastic. Very well-done, and I loved the dazed looks the two had after. While I doubt we'll see a wedding on the show, per se, I would like to see the other characters' reactions to something!
