Hi all! I'm back, but time on the PC is still limited - my wrist is still broken and the doctor found a bone chip and he believes the chip punctured a tendon.

I'm back in a cast for two more weeks.

Today was nice that we only had to work til noon because of carnival. And I seriously have an odd hamster. Usually you'd think a hamster is shy and hides when people show upo or when it gets loud? Nah, not mine, she comes out on purpose and gets all super excited. And she would eat your hand if you held it into her cage.

Pretty good weekend... though our house is once again topsy turvy (not that it ever fully recovered from our first round of home improvements)...

Spent the weekend cleaning, organizing, moving furniture etc in my son's room... We're getting new carpet installed in it tomorrow so I've been scrambling a bit finding places to cram stuff that we're taking out of his room... Ugh... never realized how much stuff that boy had!

We're still 'piled up' around the house... Finally got my son's room all finished and we've got the furniture back in there etc etc., but I'm gonna go thru all the bins/boxes before they go back in his room so I can filter out all the stuff that doesn't need to be there anymore... He had stuff crammed in his closet that was there when he was 6....

It's the weekend! I've got a dental appointment tomorrow, then I have to spend the weekend working on a computer assignment and prepare for finals.

I'm finishing my last year in criminology. I have finals in Research Methods for Sociology, Philosophy, Computer Applications and Anthropology.

Bloody hell. Friday our daytime temp got to +3, then it plummeted to -21 over night WITH A BLOODY BLIZZARD. I give up. Spring is taking too long to show itself. Next winter I'm moving to Florida. At least I'll have fun playing shuffle board and lawn bowling with the seniors.

Good morning Labrats! Rather, afternoon. Time change has me thinking it's still morning. I've got my iTunes on, working on school work (notes I missed from last week) all while still in my pajamas. Love it.
