We sort of had a belated celebration for my hubby's birthday which had been on the 15th but we were out of town... Got him his fave cake and it's already nearly gone... That boy likes his cake

Hi everyone, I'm back. I was at my parents for two and a half weeks recuperating; I'm still a little slow, but not in as much pain as I was a few weeks ago. I also still cannot sit for long periods of time either, but that will eventually get better.

Not much going on around here..... Just doing regular chores/errands and working on a few house projects here and there... no big whoop...

I went back to work yesterday but only made it 2 out of the four hours I was to be there. I'm off today and tomorrow... I need to talk to my physiotherapist today to see what I can do to make it less painful for me to sit. I get up and walk, but when my back is sore my muscles tense up and I can barely walk.

I'm tired myself... Running around w/ working out and errands etc today... My son had a school open house thing tonight so we did that for a couple of hours and then finally dinner...

Phew! Where's my bed....

I went to physiotherapy to do a session on my knee but she wanted to work on my back instead... she said there is a lot of work because of the damage and an old injury resurfaced so we have two things to work on.

My internet connection is so slllooowww!

I had a good time at the corn boil, apparently someone fell into the fire and burnt his hand. Sadly I was saying before the corn boil that without Simon we wouldn't have anyone falling into the fire.
