Not much going around here... trying not to stroke out from the heat... We volunteered w/ a scout troop this morning and then have just been working around the house (inside and out --> unfortunately)....

Here also... It's finally down into the 80s.... Still much too much for me (esp. w/ humidity)

July was fabulous here though.. the coolest on record...

It's hot here in TX! And I don't have central air so it is really hot in my house all of the time. We looked at a house yesterday to move into that has central air so we are probably going to move at the end of the month!

Same for us... it's currently 96 degrees with the humidity and it's not too bad! I have my patio doors open and I'm on the 4th floor. It's usually stifling when it's this hot but there's a breeze so that makes a HUGE difference.

I'm currently on medical leave from work... doctor wants me off work for this week because of my back.

So my back was getting better and then I wreched it again this evening... I figured out that it's an ab muscle I pulled because everytime my ab muscle tightens my back spazzes out.

Owie.... hope it feels better soon... Hopefully the doctor can give you some gentle exercises to help strengthen it!

Not much going on w/ me... am visiting my parents. My son has been staying w/ them for a bit before school starts back, so we're all just going to visit for a few days before heading home...

Hi everyone. Just popping in to say hi. I was rushed to the ER Thursday night because of extreme pain and my muscles completely spasming out. I'm at my parents for a while because of the medication I'm on; the ER doctor suggested it as I've never had it before and not sure as to how my body would react. I've been sleeping off an on for most days and up late at night. I'm also super hungry all the time; apparently the medication can do that to you.
