Your Most Watched Episode(s)

Which episode have you watched too many times to count...but never gets old?

For me, it'd have to be Once More, With Feeling, Becoming PRT2, and Killed By Death. Don't ask why; I just love how creepy that episode is! Also Fool for Love and Hush are instant classics for me. Can retell those episodes in my sleep! haha

You can also tell your favorite scene that's just classic and will always stand out as your favorite (whether sad or funny). Mine would be in Two to Go when Giles returns from England in the end of the episode, stopping Evil Willow. Well, in the end, actually, Xander stopped her.

Episodes that I love: Selfless, Once More With Feeling, Becoming Pt. 2, Passion.

I love the flashback of Aud (Anya) in Selfless when she turns Olaf into a troll. My favorite moment in Once More With Feeling is the "Walk Through the Fire" song. For Becoming Pt. 2 the fight scene between Buffy & Angelus. And I just love Angelus's dialogue during the episode. It's just so different from any other episode.

Passion. So painful and yet so amazing at the same time. For me, the greatest BTVS episode ever. I've watched it so many times, I think the dialogue is on top form, the acting is incredible and it goes through all the emotions.

OMWF
Tabula Rasa
Touched
Surprise
Superstar
Intervention

My most watched scene is in Potential where Buffy and Spike are training the Potentials and Buffy totally pummels Spike, and checks out the damage. Shirt raising, hand holding hotness followed by Rona saying, "That's hot." That's hot indeed.

Most episodes I've watched about twice. A few exceptionally bad eps (Doublemeat Palace, anyone?) I've only seen once. The ones I've watched the most, though, are all of the Joss written/ directed eps, and Converstaions with Dead People- which he wrote the best part of, anyway.

Top episodes would be Restless and Once More with Feeling, though. The reason for the latter is pretty obvious. Restless... I think... there's just so much happening that it feels less familiar when you rewatch it than other episodes.

Still. Love 'em all!

I have this weird experience with certain eps, that I meant to remember things from seeing it on TV, which I when seeing it on DVD realized never really happened. But no matter how many times I see the eps later, I keep waiting for "my scenes", and feel it as weird each time that they dont come

for instance I had this clear memory that Spike and Angel had a fist fight in the beginning of Chosen. And that it was Faith Andrew went to collect meds with, rather than Anya. and that Buffy had Spike on her lap in TKIM, and massaged his head.

I don't know why I keep insisting on that these scenes happened, but if they did, it would certainly have been among my favorites

Maybe you heard about those scenes and changed them around in your head or something

Angel and Spike coming to blows would've been great to watch, especially right in front of Buffy. I would've loved to have seen Angel's face if Buffy had jumped to Spike's defence and told Angel right in front of him that Spike's in her heart! In your face, Angel

Passion & Innocence I have definitely seen the most, they're just epic Buffy episodes

I would have loved to see Spikes face! he does after all have this manly issue about not wanting to be defended. and doubts about whether Buffy really loves him.

In my fantasy Spike catches up with Angel after he has left Buffy, so I never got to see that

As to how I came to have those fantasies, it probably is a matter of making subtext literal. They very much wanted to fight in that scene, and B\S even talk about it. same with the TKIMthing. I only drove it a little further than what we actually got to see As to Faith\Anya, I think it might be their scenes being close in sequence or something, so that I merged them...??

I must admit that OMWF is my favorite eppie, and therefore the one I've seen the most.

The reasoning is simple: I grew up watching and listening to Broadway musicals, so the fact that I get to watch my favorite show's characters burst into song makes me feel all warm and cozy inside.
