When Faith's Watcher died she traveled across country to seek out Buffy

Buffy was too embarassed to admit that slaying makes her hungry and horny
Faith and Buffy both lost their first Watchers in the fight against evil
Buffy invited Faith over to her house for dinner
Faith asked Willow and Xander why Buffy was so depressed
Buffy helped Faith fight Kakistos and his army of vampires
Faith tried to make Buffy think that all men are beasts
Buffy didn't want Faith to knock herself out in the literal sense
Faith wanted to be Buffy's date to the Homecoming dance and it made Buffy blush
Buffy was supposed to ride in the limo with Faith not Cordelia
Faith humiliated Scott for breaking up with Buffy
Everyone thought Buffy was secretly seeing someone and it turned out she was with Faith

Wow, that's a great analysis that I didn't know about. I never thought about Buffy losing a part of herself when she stabbed Faith (I think she had it coming after everything she did, especially almost killing Angel which led Buffy to hunt her down) but at the same time I can see it cause of how Buffy looked right after she pulled the knife out of Faith. She looked like she instantly regretted it. I do like the dream Buffy and Faith had when Faith told Buffy how to defeat the Mayor, then Buffy kissing Faith's forehead afterwards. I just hate it's like that truce never happened when Faith woke up in S4, even though I love those episodes.
