Although I didn't care much about Wes relationship with Virginia, I love that the writers remembered it and it just wasn't a one episode arc forgotten.
Poor Wes though.

More of Angel's point of view.

Lilah not happy with anything, as she shouldn't be.

Nice to know that Lindsay didn't really want Dru to be brought back.
I love this scene between Lilah, Lindsay, Dru and Darla.

& this scene is awesome & Darla is there playing it all cool....until Angel comes up, of course

I loved all the laughing even Lilah joining the fun but of course Dru and Darla wasn't having that.

Watching this episode, WTF were the writers thinking not keeping Darla and Dru together more?

When watching this episode, this seems like just the beginning.

It was kinda weird seeing Lilah in that role where she was scared of them, but I enjoyed it

I always found it kinda strange how Dru disappeared, maybe Juliet had another project or something? Idk, it just feels like there's a big of an unexplained plot point there

I do as well! Probably one of the few episodes I liked her in from the first few.

I agree. And Angel is always the key.

It feels like Angel was her breaking point in the whole episode. It doesn't matter if she admits it out loud, her feelings for him when she's human or vampire just can't go away. I feel like the memories of when she had her soul is still there even if she's soulless right now.
It's like Angel wanting to save Darla even though most of the time they spent together, he didn't have the soul during.

There are, I think what Dru says later really points to it too - Angel remembers when she had a heart beat, but Darla does too

She protests ways too much in this episode

I guess she smarten up when she realized that Dru and Darla doesn't take orders and they killed most of her employees. lol
It's why they never take Angel seriously, he never really kills human whereas Dru and Darla do, so that's the fear I think.

Completely agree. I need to look at interviews or something from that time because it's just strange. I think after this Angel episode, her last episode is Crush where she tries to get Spike to come to L.A with the whole crew but that's it.

bad writing from my point of view.

She never came back after Crush....I guess that whole thing just ruined her fantasy of everyone being back together, so she abandoned it

It's amazing that this episode is making me ship Darla/Angel even more.

Just how they miss each other so much. I just wish we had writers that wanted them to be endgame because the angst is just so perfectly written and just everything!

Love that scene.

I just love how Gunn, Cordy and Wes had the same thing on their mind to sing. lol At least Gunn admitted that he lied earlier. lol

I loved this scene.

The way she says, "Angel" and I love that Dru can feel both how Darla and Angel are feeling. So obviously both feelings for each other is still very strong.

I love this whole Angel speech here.

Me too, I think that gives us a lot of insight into what's going on with him here - he's trying to so hard to be cold & 'dark', because taht's the only way he could kill her....but it's still not enough!

Lilah is really panicked in this episode. lol and I just love how smart Lindsay is!
I love the whole blame game with Cordy, Wes and Gunn. lol
