Love how dedicated she was to helping Spike after he asked for her help even though before that, she wanted to help him.

Also, I believe it would have been a beautiful set up as well if the writers kept going that direction and probably Fred stayed and their were more seasons.

Yeah, I would have liked a long buildup tbh. At least a season where they're just friends & then see where it goes from there

It was, they writers easily could have made a much bigger arc out of that storyline & we would have gotten to see them get a lot closer

I know! and of course it would've had to have happened in a slow pace but I would have totally approved if written correctly.
