It was.
That scene, the insane!Angel scene is the reason I can't fault the episode for being the opening of the Skip/Jasmine plot or even really count it as such.
It was such a beautiful growth and self-discovery episode for Cordy and one of the most Cangel-centric episodes of the series.

Same. I know that episode was ~the beginning of the end~ in a sense, and I hate what the writers chose to do with it, but in the moment that episode feels like a love letter to Cordy. It has everything I love about her character and reflects her arc so wonderfully and the "Demonize me, already" is so perfect. Plus the CA was, like, peak CA for me. That episode is in the S3 "sweet spot" with cuddles and bb Connor and everything is CA and nothing hurts.
