Definitely. I heard a rumor that if Elisabeth Rohm hadn't left for Law & Order, Kate would be in S3 and take the place of Justine. Can I just I'm glad that NEVER happened? I love how Kate and Angel ended on peaceful terms in "Epiphany" and for her to come back in S3 as part of Holtz's gang would be horrible to me.

But thanks for the info. Now I know why she wasn`t in Season 3.

Wonder if that's a true or false rumor. It sounds a bit strange.

Yeah, especially after Epiphany, I can't really see her turning on Angel after that - & I think that, by then, she definitely knew the difference between Angel & Angelus.

I certainly hope it was a false rumor, because Justine is one of my least favorite characters, and I would have hated to see Kate act like her.

The conflict between her and Angel in S1 and S2 was well-done and interesting, but in the end, you can't drag out a story like that. They did all they could with her and "Epiphany" was the right way for her to go out. Though a part of me would have loved to see her on the show full-time and interacting the Fang Gang, I am satisfied with what we got.

Yeah, I mean, she had problems with Angel, but I don't think she ever would have conspired to kill him....& she certainly never would have been involved in any plot to kidnap a child!

Idk, I would have liked to see her again after that, but if I had a choice between that being her last scene or seeing her continue to go up against Angel after a scene like that, I'd choose for her to leave.
