I think he's just too busy.

I only remember Seth attending the 2008 reunion at PaleyFest, which Sarah (who also never attends regular Cons) also attended.

It's unfortunate, because I'd love to hear his viewpoint on Oz's Season 4 departure and the fact that he never came back, even for the final season.

Yeah, I wish Oz came back. It should of been after Buffy died, when Willow turned evil, or even in their final battle.
