Yeah, I get that, but that was something we already knew - their story wouldn't have changed without it. It didn't advance his feelings for her or hers for him.

True enough but it was still a full acknowledgment of his feelings for her.
That 'Hero' embrace is one of the best moments in the series, for sure.  __________________

Even now knowing what was going on with her character at that time, the past tense 'were' still irks me. The fact that it wasn't really Cordy who'd said that is hardly a relief.
 I love the scene choices in that set though. Best I've seen for that line. __________________

Agreed, plus she needed to destroy Angel and Cordy's relationship to get her with Connor. Which is what made Jasmine the horrific concept that it was.
So backtracking to a good moment, this line:  He may have been under the happy/sensitive voodoo but that didn't make him insincere, quite the opposite actually.  __________________

Ironic and heartbreaking because she never did know how precious she was to him.
 So I found this fanart the other day and it just puts a smile on my face. I feel like this would have been an awesome way to end 'Tomorrow'. Unrealistic but awesome.  __________________
