I'd forgotten about that, it's a very good thing Tara felt there was something wrong, otherwise who knows what may have happened. She barely knew Buffy at all, but she still knew something wasn't right. It was a defining moment for her character and the start of their relationship. I love how they evolved from Buffy feeling awkward and unsure around her to Tara becoming her only truly trusted confidante at a time she was really struggling.

I think it also was a sign that Tara could see the good in people, and when she met Buffy, she knew something was wrong because everything she'd been told about her didn't match up to what she was seeing in Buffy/Faith's aura.

 And it was a good way to get the audience really warmed up to Tara if they weren't already. |

Tara is really good at this (with the aura thing).
And I love it that she´s there for Buffy in Season 6. Even if I didn`t like that season I loved their friendship. __________________

Season 6 was so dark, their friendship was a real highlight.

Definitely. And the way that Buffy didn't give up on Willow when she went Dark in the latter portion of the Season

I really would have liked to see what they could have done in Season 7 if Tara had survived. It would have made for a really good character arc for her

Just watching the Season 6 on DVD ....as you know I`m not a fan of that season at all but what I wanted to say is that Tara and Buffy had some wonderful friendship scenes in that season. __________________

I'm not a fan either of that season either, but I can definitely agree there are some good scenes in it. Things like Tara comforting Buffy, and Dark!Willow are pretty much the only things that I can find redeeming in the entire season.

And in a way, it doesn't really have the same feel as the earlier seasons did Even Season 5 in its earlier half isn't nearly as dark as S6 is__________________

 And I loved their moment at Buffy´s birthday episode in Season 6 when the hugged each other. That was so sweet __________________
